Disreputable firm

I moved from UAE to USA with Shipago. Shipago packed moved contents from villa in Abu Dhabi. Then they contact me and say they transferred contract to Hybrid movers. Some US customs excuse. I sign contract with Hybrid, pay them 40,000 AED. Container arrives in USA, local shipper notifies me container ready but not paid by Hybrid, If I want the contents, must pay 20,000 AED more and 1000AED a day storage fee, must pay now. Total racket, stay away.

Won’t recommend Shipago!

Shipago Team,

I’m still waiting for my shipment in Perth and it’s ridiculous to have to keep following up on the same every week! We left Dubai on August 20th and it’s December 26th! Kindly be aware of the time lines and ensure we get our shipment which we don’t have any idea what’s the condition despite paying all the money upfront!

Unfortunately it has come to this as your team haven’t taken this matter seriously despite constant reminders and follow ups. This review will change once my shipment is delivered in good condition to our place soon. We have waited patiently and have given enough time to sort this out. I don’t want to recommend your company to anyone! We being your clients are facing enough problems, so I have put out this review so that things are taken seriously!

Hi Manjunath from Shipago,

Firstly you reply to my review after almost 7 months and secondly you hide my reviews on all other platforms only to hide the truth about your company and our shipment. If my reviews were not hidden then it would show on google maps and other platforms. You keep emphasizing that the shipment was in your warehouse for 2 months but we paid more money to keep it in storage, it was not Free! If the delay was for 2 months from our side, then why send the shipment in November instead of August, the time we reached Perth? If you had planned to send it in August, we would have received the shipment before Christmas. Since you sent it in November, the shipment came in January after sending you a lot of follow up through emails. Most of our items are missing thanks to you keeping it in your unsafe storage which you never bothered giving any reply to or getting back to us about!

Also you didn't follow up or chase us on our shipment, we were doing it and when i started putting out reviews you started threatening us for the same. I have all those emails and documents as well to show how unprofessional and irresponsible your so-called business is!
How is 10 cbm a smaller volume? If it was smaller to you, you shouldn't have agreed to do the shipment in the first place! Also the only reason you sent the shipment late was to save your costs and not help us! Till now you haven't replied regarding the missing items in our shipment but worried about me putting out the truth about your company on reliable websites and other platforms.

First of all sincere apology for the inconvenience due to the delays. your shipment has been scheduled for delivery 7th Jan as per our destination partner. As you know your shipment was in our storage for 2 months due to the delay in your visa process. We were chasing you to get the updates as we had 2 containers moving while your shipment was lying in our facility. We have all those records. As you know your shipment was a smaller volume delivery Perth and most of the cargos were to Sydney and Melbourne. However, we informed you ( when you were ready with your docs) to wait for some time in order to send direct to Perth, finally when it arrived direct to Perth it was Christmas - new year holidays. Knowing all these facts still, you are blaming us and purposefully putting negative reviews to tarnish our company. We can see your reviews in other platforms as well.
We have been sending regular containers to Australia only because of the references we are getting from othe rs who used our services.
Hope you can understand.

Delivery not delivered and asking for more money

financial problems and Cant deliver due to Financial problems and expect me to pay 3000 extra euro or pay in cheques also they Shipped my goods with another company without my awareness and refuse to pay DTD Worldwide as they have Debts I am stuck in the middle of the 2 companies who refuse to deliver my Shipment could someone help as the dispute between the companies is stopping them from delivering

No professionalism, No Response, Unethical, and Worst Services

SHIPAGO is the worst company and experience I have ever had in my life. Initially while striking the deal they give lot of assurances and false promises with continuous follow-ups. Once they strike the deal and take the goods from your house and after making full payment, you will have a complete different experience.

Shipago team has no professionalism, failed to respond, failed provide right updates to the customer, do not have any Ethics & Integrity and does make false commitments.

My house hold items have been packed on 26th Aug from Abu Dhabi and I paid full agreed amount on 29th Aug for door to door services with no hidden charges except custom duty to be paid in destination port (Chennai). There are no updates after that and you have to follow-up asking for the ETA and dates of loading container on Ship. After continuous follow-ups, they have loaded container in Ship on 18th Sep with their partner.

I was informed by Shipago team to be in INDIA during 1st week of Oct to receive the goods. However, I have not received my goods till date (2nd Nov), and there is no proper response from them on the exact status.

My focal point Mr. Manjunath either does not respond or their team will simply say he is on vacation and they do not have any updates.

As I was informed that I will receive my goods in INDIA after Ship arriving on 17th Oct, local partner here have asked for documents in advance so I sent them. As required all documents with my passport has been sent to their local partner to process custom clearance. Everything from my side has been done upfront to complete the process with no delays from my side.

Every day from the day i have sent my passport, I have been following up with Manjunath/Local partner asking for my visit to get custom duty review/payment.

1. Manjunath tells me that there is some technical issue with BL, and they are sorting out with Shipping line.

2. Local partner in Chennai says that he should receive money for the clearance process from Shipago or I need to pay which was already paid to Shipago upfront.

3. Manjunath and team do not answer my calls, even their office staff gives some excuses to provide any update on my shipment.

4. Manjunath still gives me the same explanation that there is a technical issue, and he is asking me to deal with his local partner to take my passport. His local partner clearly denies to get back my passport.

There is no clarity for me what exactly is the issue and the reasons for the delay, and my next steps. All these delays after receiving the container in destination port are due to Shipago services. I do not know if/when they will call me for custom duty review in Chennai.

Now, I am struck in India losing my contract and new opportunities/jobs back in UAE due to Shipago services and their delays. I cannot travel back to UAE as my passport is with them.

Due to their behavior with no proper responses, demanding for additional money, and lack of clarity on the way forward, I am going through lot of stress with my BP and Diabetes shooting up. Seeing all this, my family members as well are very stressed seeing the situations and my stress.

If I am asked, I would not advise this company as they do not have any ethics & integrity with no proper customer care. No professionalism and lack of proper process.

I am not sure if I can wait any longer or approach them with the Customer Protection and support of Law. Any advise would be appreciated.

Worst moving company ever

If I could give 0 star I would !!!! Do not use this company told a bunch of lies and broke a huge majority of our belongs no communication since we paid. all about payment no morals at all if you don't like your belongings hire this place as they don't care in the slightest the lost so many things including a Walking pad broke our daughters bed!!! I have emailed whatsapped and called and still no response!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous

Scammers

If only I can give negative stars I would give them -1000 stars. They are the worst shipping company ever. As a matter of a fact, they are not even a shipping company they are a third party agent that would steal your money and then claim they do not have the money to pay the agent at the destination country. They claim its a 45 day shipping door to door but now its been more than 4 months and my furniture are at the port but the agent cannot release the items because the payment has not been made. When I asked my agent where is my money they said we do not have it. They originally took from me around 30,000 Dhs but the agent at the destination country required only 12,500 Dhs, so not only are they thieves, they are scammers, one of the biggest scammers I ever witnessed in my life. They even requested me to pay 25,000 Dhs (on top of the 30,000) to the agent knowing that they only requested 12,500 Dhs and said they would reimburse the money, how embarrassing is that? The only reason I chose them is because of the reviews online so here I am telling you do not and I repeat do not ever take with them even if it was cheaper than any other shipping company. I will make sure my voice reach every platform there is on social media so no other human being falls for the same scam I did. I just hope my furniture reach sound and safe.

Terrible service

I wish I could give one star or zerostar.I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shipago when I used their services to transport cargo from Dubai to Perth. Despite signing an agreement with Manjunath, the director, ensuring dismantling and reassembling of the cargo, the company failed to fulfill its promises.

The shipment was delayed beyond the expected date, causing inconvenience. Despite my efforts to communicate with both Manjunath and Shiva, the accountant, regarding the issues, they were unresponsive and did not address my concerns.

This lack of professionalism, disregard for the signed agreement, and poor communication make Shipago an unreliable choice for cargo shipping. I regret using their services and strongly advise others to seek more reliable alternatives.

Utter Disappointment and Unprofessionalism - Strong Warning Against Sh

Am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and severe distress caused by the abysmal services provided by Shipago, a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold ethical standards, yet has consistently proven otherwise.

In August, I engaged Shipago's services for a relocation from Dubai to Munich, trusting in their proclaimed dedication to customer care and reliability. However, it is now the end of November, and to my profound dismay, I have yet to receive any of my belongings. This egregious delay is not the only issue; their evasive behavior, lack of communication, and complete disregard for my attempts to reach them through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails are outright disrespectful.

The few sporadic responses I managed to extract from Shipago have been nothing short of deceptive. They have repeatedly fed me lies about resolving the situation within a specified timeframe, only to consistently fail in meeting their promises. To exacerbate matters, despite paying for insurance, I have not been provided with the policy, leaving me unable to initiate any claims for potential damages incurred during the shipment.

Furthermore, the recent revelation that Shipago has neglected to settle payments with intermediaries and has consequently held my goods hostage is beyond unacceptable. Learning that I am not the only victim of their malpractice, as several others—approximately 7 or 8 individuals—have faced similar predicaments, adds insult to injury.

The level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and sheer incompetence displayed by Shipago is deplorable and warrants severe caution to anyone considering their services. They have proven themselves to be an utterly unreliable and deceitful company, one that lacks integrity and blatantly disregards the trust and well-being of its customers.

In conclusion, I implore anyone seeking shipping services to steer clear of Shipago at all costs. Their conduct is nothing short of a disgrace to the industry and a blatant betrayal of their stated values. My experience with Shipago has been a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others against falling victim to their unscrupulous practices.
